The Beginning
In the late 1940’s Tom Peters’ grandfather started the FOUNDATION business, a termite extermination and wood rot repair business.
As a boy, Tom worked construction in the HOME REPAIR business with his Dad repairing foundations and termite and moisture damaged wood. After high school and a tour of duty in the military, Tom Peters returned to continue foundation work with his Dad.
The Legacy Continues On
In 1972, he took over the FOUNDATION REPAIR business and diversified into NEW CONSTRUCTION, CUSTOM HOMES, REMODELING and ADDITIONS projects. As a LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR, and FOUNDATION CONTRACTOR,
Tom was also involved in large Commercial projects including Construction of Banks, Apartments , Offices, and Subterranean Commercial Concrete Parking structures, while always maintaining the original business FOUNDATION and REPAIR and REMODELING and ADDITIONS as a specialty.
Locally Owned
In 1992, Tom relocated to the WESTERN SLOPE of COLORADO as the premier expert in FOUNDATIONS, FOUNDATION REPAIR, ADDITIONS and REMODELING.
The business flourished by word of mouth advertising as clients told others.
